This week at BV Made, we hosted our Metal Shop Safety Training — an essential step for all members using our welding and metalworking equipment.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud to empower our community with the knowledge and confidence to create safely and responsibly. From proper PPE use to equipment protocols and shop etiquette, our members are now ready to weld, cut, and build with care.

— one of the few American Welding Society–certified welding educators in the Arkansas Valley! Scott shared his wealth of knowledge, covering best practices for staying safe, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and how to maintain our tools and equipment so everyone can create with confidence and care. We're incredibly grateful to have such a skilled and passionate educator guiding our community. With this training, our members are now better prepared to dive into welding and metalworking safely, responsibly, and skillfully.
